Days 3 took us to Grand Cayman where we snorkeled and swam with Sting Rays.  It was also our
first formal night for dinner.  Day 4 was Roatan, Honduras where there was snorkeling and some
also did a little wind surfing.  It's also where I got attacked by sand flies.
